For an easy mounting in your device we offer our HMIs as completely preassembled systems including single board computers, touchscreen and housing. The rear mount HMI is mounted from the inside into a cutout in the housing front; for mounting with screws or threaded bolts, the open-frame HMI offers four mounting brackets. The HMI can either be sealed against your front with a suitable seal or installed flush with a circumferential gap. We will be happy to advise you on the selection of suitable gaskets or scratch protection films.

To enable panel mount installation into your device, we offer our single board computers for HMI applications as matched turnkey systems including touchscreen and housing. The panel mount HMI is installed from the front into a cutout in the front panel. The system as a whole can then be fixed with screws from the inside or with clamping screws versus the front panel. This design type features extreme robustness and is particularly suitable for quick installation into control panels or consoles. It is also easy to mount as it can stand larger cut tolerances. Pre-assembled seals allow high IP protection classes without big effort. On request, Cover glass or foil can be individually printed to the customers’ needs.

Coming up soon! The SANVITO wall mount HMI line allows for both operation on walls as well as recessed mounting together with the additional option of attachment to a support arm (by VESA mount). An expansion slot with PCIe and USB interface permits fast and flexible adaptation, such as to accommodate different bus systems. Target applications here include display and operating units for building automation (HVAC) and room reservation systems as well as use in POS-/POI systems or patient terminals for hospital beds.
